Excellent logic! I follow completely.  Of course, Bacardi could be replaced with any fine Scotch (preference of course). Even some of the not so fine Scotches would work. 

Of course, also being in Texas, why not support your local Vodka, and get some Tito's which of course, should also be in the freezer!
